We owned our home in Ken Caryl, which is strikingly unique in not only it's character, but it really is a separate market from the Denver Metro area. Frequently, homes are bought and sold in this area, without ever being on the market. It is a highly desirable area to live in. There are a number of realtors that work in the Ken Caryl area, and alot of them live here as well. Matt is no exception. The thing that we felt set Matt apart was that he regularly informed the community via a neighborhood Facebook page as to what the market was like overall, and to Ken Caryl specifically. This was something that we did not see any of the other realtors doing. Beyond that, Matt understood our financial needs and concerns, and worked with the buyer's realtor to make sure that all parties were getting an equitable solution for closing.
